Hey! I’m Antonia-Kate

I’ve been a female health and fitness coach for over 7 years. Here at AKGFIT we strive to help women level up and become the best versions of themselves. We focus on rebuilding your relationship with food and exercise to become the best you.

My Why

I become a fitness coach after going through a huge journey myself. From battling with my weight, a hatred for my body and an eating disorder that was out on control. I decided I had to make a change. I got myself out of a really dark place and found exercise as a way of healing and it’s safe to say it changed my life.

My story

My story looks a little different to alot of coaches. It started when I was younger and struggled with my weight. I found being the fat kid tough! I was bullied for the way I looked, never picked for sports teams at school and sound fitting in really hard. As I got older I became more aware that I had a deep rooted body confidence issues which transpired into a 15 year long battle where food was no longer my friend, but my enemy. After under going a long journey of recovery I now get to help women worldwide become the best version of themselves. I have been able to turn my negatives into huge positives and for that I am incredibly grateful.
